Types of the most common disorders:
Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome.
Insomnia.
**Excessive Awakening.**
Hypoxia.

Why and How do these disorders occur.
Insomnia:
  • Perception or complaint of inadequate or poor-quality sleep because one or more of these symptoms.

Symptoms of Insomnia:
  • Difficulty falling asleep.
  • Waking up frequently during the night with difficulty returning to sleep.
  • Waking early in the mornings
  • Unrefreshing sleep

Sleep Apnea:
  • Abnormal pauses in breathing or instances of low breathing during sleep. Each pause in breathing called apnea can last for a few seconds to minutes, and may occur 5 to 30 minutes or more an hour.

Symptoms of Apnea:
  • Morning or night headaches.
  • Heartburn or a sour taste in the mouth at night.
  • Swelling of the legs
  • Sweating and chest pain while you are sleeping.
